This website is operated by Studio Alloo. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Studio Alloo. Studio Alloo offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

1. Definitions
1. Store: place of purchase; either online or at the physical location in Amsterdam.
2. Shipping: goods send by mail from store to customer.
3. Costumer: someone who purchases a product or service from a supplier.
4. Supplier: Studio Alloo.
5. Right of withdrawal: the possibility for the customer to cancel the agreement within the agreed time.
6.Return: goods bought at our store send back to our store by the costumer.
7. Sale: The moment when a item is sold by Studio Alloo to a customer.
8. Items: products within the range of home-accessories up to 10kg.
9. Products: anything offered for sale by the store.

3. Terms and Conditions

At the moment of sale you agree to the next terms and conditions:
​
- you have take notice of the condition of the item(s); see disclaimer.
- you have a 14 day time frame to return the item(s) to get a (full) refund, the item(s) need to be in the same condition as they were at moment of sale.
- customer is responsible for packaging and costs of a return.
- the store collects personal information for future shipments, product launches and/or news updates about the store.
- the store holds the right to adjust prices when needed; in case of wrong pricing due to technical defects, human shortcomings and/or fluctuating raw material prices.
- content on which your item is visible always remains the property of the store and may be used for anything at anytime by the store.

4. Privacy

When you place an order via the website, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number).
This information will not be shared with third parties but can be used for targeted advertisements on different platforms.

5. Shipping & Returns
​
We aim to process your order as quick as possible and will be with you within 7 workdays.
​
Shipment will be handled by 'Post NL' at fixed rates:
- Kenzan: €3,95
- Items: €6,95
- Artworks up to 50x50 cm €9,95
​
The store does not ship artworks bigger than 50x50 cm
Some art collection are excluded from shipping due to the porous character of the pieces.

Pick up in store
this option is free of charge and will include packaging if needed

The store handles a 14-day return policy, meaning you have up to 14 days after buying your item(s) to request a return and or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is needed to get your return/refund request approved by the store. Products that are not refundable and will not be approved to be returned are:
- artworks
- broken or used items
- items that are in different condition then at moment of sale
Approved requests will be refunded within 30 business days.

Return costs are borne by the customer. Please use the same packing material as your item(s) came in.

The store is not responsible in any way for damage that may happen accure during shipment. The store will always disclose any damage or malfunctions in advance. See disclaimer for more info.

7. Disclaimer
​
Please note that artworks made by the store are handmade and curated items are pre-loved and vintage. Because of this there may be defects in the products. The store will do its utmost to make sure all defects are captured in writing or photography.
​
Writing: the writing language of the store is English. However, this is not creator Wes's native language. However the store does its utmost to describe all products.
NOTE: the contant on all platforms is typed with the utmost care. Despite this, language errors can still occur due to dyslexia.
​
Photography: Due to changing (lighting) conditions in the store and photo-studio, the store uses filters to make sure the content looks cohesive. As a result, colors may differ from the original colors in real life. Filters used are mostly to make the content more warm-toned. The store tries to send pictures without filters on request before purchase. The objects have been photographed to the best of my ability, but the camera limits the true depth and texture of the pieces.
