A hand-built ceramic vase, made from slabs of speckled clay and shaped into a simple, architectural form. Its square opening gives the vase a clean, graphic character, while allowing flowers and branches to emerge naturally from the centre.
The surface is finished with a unique mix of different glazes, layered to create an unpredictable, one-of-a-kind finish. No two vases are the same, and the combination of glazes is created specifically for each individual piece.
This version features a mix of rusty, earthy tones with touches of green and blue, set against the natural, softly speckled clay. The result is a small sculptural object that works just as well on its own as it does with a few flowers or branches.
