Starting from the day of purchase you have a 30 day timeframe to return your item. Studio Alloo only takes back undamaged and still salable items. All items are carefully checked before shipment and any damage will be shared in advance. The refund will be made after inspection of returned item. Please note that the shipping-fee for returning items will not be paid for by Studio Alloo.
Items can be send by 'Post NL' with a set shipping-fee of €6,95 or you can collect your items in the studio free of charge.
